Stuart Elliott nasce a Londra il 22 maggio 1953 ed è un batterista inglese che ha suonato a lungo con la formazione Alan Parson Project.
Stuart ha ha collaborato anche con Al Stewart, Justin Hayward, Kate Nush, Paul McCartney e Claudio Baglioni. nel 1984 partecipa al progetto Keats di Alan Parsons.
