Dopo la conclusione del Desert Trip Festival, che ha riunito delle grandissime star della musica, le parole e le note di Bob Dylan sono riecheggiate ancora una volta.
Infatti, Roger Waters, Neil Young ed i My Morning Jacket hanno reso tributo al menestrello di Duluth con uno dei suoi pezzi più celebri, un vero e proprio inno, “Forever Young”.
Waters e Young (+ Promise of the Real) avevano già suonato assieme per il Bridge School Benefit, sempre assieme ai My Morning Jacket, al fianco di Metallica, Dave Matthews, Willie Nelson, Norah Jones, Cage the Elephant e Nils Lofgren (leggi qui).
Un altro grande esempio in cui, la Musica con la M maiuscola, riesce ad unire artisti così diversi per nazionalità, stili, idee e via di seguito grazie all’amore per quest’arte immortale.
